"The CD starts with a track called “Ship to Shore” an
uplifting acoustic melodic piece. The title track of this CD
“Travelling Fingerpicker” has the typical damping the strings
approach of for instance Chet Atkins, just as “Deep Creek”
and “Jasmine”. The record ends with “Lazybones” a brilliant
easy-going and expressive song with top-notch guitar techniques.

Fingerpicker leans more toward celtic and country (with an obvious debt
to Doc, Chet and Merle) on 10 originals, a rousing version of
"Norweigen Wood" and a lovely take on Norman Blake's "Down at Millows
